A Gap Between is a metropolitan '80s chic electronic artist.
The challenge was to create a cohesive brand image that evoked a bucolic, '80s nostalgic aesthetic, while effectively complimenting the accompanying music with rich, custom 2D illustrations, custom 3D cassette mockups, a custom Lamborghini El Diablo, brand style-guide, and a custom logotype.

OXBOW™ is a film, animation, and motion graphics studio.
Tasked with branding Oxbow, Colorcbuic designed a custom logotype, created a mock-up of 3D digital products, as well as a comprehensive brand style-guide, to be applied across a variety of poential Oxbow products and collateral.

Our 2012 Animation & Motion Reel is a collection of various promotional video spots, animated ident bumpers, and live abstract visuals for audiovisual performances, all compressed down into a minute and forty-four second visual montage.

Osube™ is a video mobile application, which allows users to personalize their very own animated introductions by using stock Osube™ templates to be integrated with user photos & type with animated background sequences. The end result are customized animated introductions called "Os", which users can then share later with other users.
We were first approached and commissioned by Osube™ to rebrand their logo. Once the final logo was presented, they were so happy with the end result that they decided to expand the relationship by commissioning us to customize and produce user animations, by creating a set of stock template animations to be later modified by the end user.
The following is a collection of work we produced for Osube™, both static and animated.

PrismIt™ is a mobile app company, specializing in retro & vintage photo filters for iPhone.
They approached Colorcubic™, in hopes of producing an opening ident bumper, to be used at the header for all of their upcoming promotional videos. They emphasized the need to convey a retro, '80s inspired theme.
During the animation process, we employed a variety of different techniques, including rotoscoping.
We're happy to say, they were incredibly pleased with the results, and we've since moved onto production of a promotional video spot. Stay tuned for that.
